摘要 为了解决陶瓷过滤机脱水不充分的问题,设计了基于DVP系列PLC的智能控制系统,介绍了智能控制系统的硬件选型、软件设计、预警保护、配酸算法、画面组态等功能。该系统提出了一种配酸算法,实现了智能化控制加酸;同时利用中继切换信号流的方法,解决了单通道模拟量端口处理多信号的问题,实现了数据采集多样化。 In order to solve the problem of insufficient dehydration of the ceramic filter,the intelligent control system was designed based on DVP series PLC,and the system was introduced about its hardware selection,software design,early warning protection,acid blending algorithm and interface configuration etc.In the system,an acid blending algorithm was put forward to realize the intelligent acid adding control,and the method of switching signal flow by relay was applied to solve the problem of processing multiple signals by single-channel analog port,so as to realize the diversification of data acquisition.
