This paper expounds that the information technology of cloud computing, Internet of things and big data has changed the education management environment. In order to improve the adaptability of modern education management system, we must carry out comprehensive innovation in system, management concept and talent training mechanism. Based on the application of big data technology, it discusses situation and system innovation strategy of education management, so as to promote the sustainable development of education management.
