碳中和背景下南通制造业高质量发展水平测度研究

Research on measurement of high quality development level of manufacturing industry in Nantong under the background of carbon neutrality

文章基于碳中和背景,首先从规模总量水平、绿色创新水平、质量效益水平三方面构建南通市制造业高质量发展评价体系。其次,基于2018年南通统计局官网数据,采用因子分析法对南通市制造业高质量发展水平进行测度分析,分析结果显示:从综合得分来看,制造业中电气机械和器材制造业排名第一,电气机械和器材制造业、通用设备制造业、仪器仪表制造业和计算机、通信和其他电子制造业四个行业在规模总量水平、绿色创新水平、质量效益水平三方面都发展均衡,废弃资源综合利用业的规模水平不高,但绿色创新水平排名第一。最后,针对南通制造业高质量发展水平评价结果提出政策建议。

Based on the background of carbon neutrality,this paper constructs the evaluation system of high quality development of manufacturing industry in Nantong from three aspects:scale total level,green innovation level and quality benefit level.And secondly,based on the 2018 official data of Nantong Bureau of Statistics,according to the analysis of the high-quality development level of the manufacturing industry in Nantong by the method of entropy weight,the results show that the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry ranks first in the comprehensive score,electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry,general equipment manufacturing industry,instrument manufacturing industry,computer,communications and other electronic manufacturing industry all have balanced development in three aspects:total scale level,green innovation level and quality benefit level,the scale of waste resources comprehensive utilization industry is not high,but the green innovation level ranks first.Finally,policy recommendations are put forward based on the evaluation results of Nantong’s high-quality manufacturing development level.
