中泰“互联互通”动车组运维技能型人才培养

因国家或区域不同,高速动车组采用标准和实际情况不一致,因此在高职院校培养“互联互通”动车组运用和维护的国际化技能型人才中,各门课程难以制定统一的课程标准。为此,在中泰“互联互通”动车组运维技能型人才培养中,辽宁铁道职业技术学院在原有的动车组检修技术人才培养方案的基础上,补充课程体系,增加专业课程相关内容,提高了中泰“互联互通”动车组运用与维护技能型人才培养质量。

Due to different countries and regions,the adoption standards of high-speed EMU are not consistent with the actual situation.Therefore,it is difficult to establish unified curriculum standards for various courses in higher vocational colleges to cultivate international skilled talents for the operation and maintenance of"interconnectivity"EMU.For this purpose,in the process of cultivating skilled talents for operation and maintenance of China-Thailand"interconnectivity"EMU,Liaoning Railway Vocational and Technical College supplements the course system,increases the content relevant to professional courses based on the original cultivation scheme,and improves the training quality of skilled talents.
