高职院校师德师风建设的困境及路径初探

为了满足国家和人民对高职教育的期待,加强高职院校师资队伍建设是重中之重,其中师德师风建设具有深刻现实意义。当前,高职院校要改革师德师风建设面临的政治素养不高、责任心不强、评价机制不完善等问题。加强师德师风建设要加强顶层设计,完善评价机制;要增强理想信念,提高育人意识;要提升专业素养,发挥示范引领作用。

In order to meet the expectations of the country and the people for higher vocational education,it needs to strengthen the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges,among which the construction of teachers'ethics is of profound practical significance.At present,higher vocational colleges should examine the difficulties faced by the construction of teachers'ethics,such as low political quality,weak sense of responsibility and imperfect evaluation mechanism.To strengthen the construction of teachers'ethics,we should strengthen the top-level design and improve the evaluation mechanism,enhance ideal and belief and improve education consciousness,and improve professional quality.
