摘要
“双高计划”背景下,教学创新团队建设成为高水平专业群建设的首要任务。农业类高职院校教学团队建设存在一系列问题,加强教学团队建设势在必行。结合研究和实践,提出了专业群结构化教学创新团队的内涵、教师个体培养标准及结构化教学创新团队建设路径和保障机制,为同类院校高水平专业群建设提供参考。
Under the background of"Double High Program",the construction of teaching innovation team has become the primary task of the construction of high-level professional group.There are a series of problems in the construction of teaching team in higher vocational colleges of agriculture.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the construction of teaching team.Based on research and practice,this paper puts forward the connotation of structured teaching innovation team of specialty group,individual training standards of teachers,and the construction path and guarantee mechanism of structured teaching innovation team,so as to provide reference for the construction of high-level specialty group in other colleges and universities.
