辽宁高职院校教师职业生涯发展管理实践研究

Research on Teacher Career Development Management and Practice in LiaoningHigher Vocational Colleges

随着我国经济社会的不断发展,社会对高职教育及高职院校人才培养有了较高的要求,这就要求高职院校具有高水平的师资队伍。在这样的社会背景下,对辽宁高职院校教师职业生涯发展规划工作进行研究,通过对高职院校教师职业发展理论研究,分析高职院校教师职业发展对高职教育的作用和辽宁高职院校教师职业生涯规划管理的现状以及存在的问题;同时提出辽宁高职院校教师职业生涯规划发展的管理策略。

With the continuous development of China's economic society,it proposes more requirements for higher vocational education and talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,and there is a need for high-level faculty members.This paper studies the teachers'career development planning in Liaoning higher vocational colleges.Based on the theoretical research of teacher career development in higher vocational colleges,it analyzes the effect of teachers'career development upon vocational education,current status and existing problems of teachers'career management in Liaoning higher vocational colleges.Meanwhile it puts forward corresponding management strategies.
