摘要
疫情防控常态化背景下高校的严格管控影响了大学生的心理健康,直接或间接地影响着他们的学业、就业。通过对疫情防控常态化下大学生心理健康现状进行分析,对大学生心理健康教育工作体系进行了理论研究和实践探索,针对所存在的问题,优化大学生心理健康教育格局。
Under the regular epidemic prevention and control,the strict control of colleges and universities has seriously affected the mental health of college students,directly or indirectly affecting their studies and employment.Through the analysis of the current situation of college students'mental health under the normal epidemic situation,we carry out theoretical research and practical application on the work system of college students'mental health education,and optimize the pattern of students'mental health eduation.
