摘要
采用两步煅烧法对废旧电池的磷酸铁锂正极材料进行再生,首先采用热历程分析、成分分析确定磷酸铁锂的成分和元素缺失量,其次通过一次煅烧氮气保护高温裂解法去除回收正极材料中的有机物,采用液相法补充缺失元素,经过第二步氮气保护高温煅烧再生磷酸铁锂正极材料,最后对再生的正极材料的电性能进行测试,获得具有优异性能的磷酸铁锂正极材料。两步煅烧法再生为大规模工业化磷酸铁锂正极材料回收提供了一条可行的工艺思路。
The lithium iron phosphate cathode material of waste batteries can be regenerated by two-step calcination method. Firstly, the composition and element loss of lithium iron phosphate were determined by thermal history analysis and composition analysis. Secondly, the organic in the cathode material is removed and recycled by one-time calcination by nitrogen protection high-temperature cracking method. The missing elements were supplemented by liquid phase method, and the lithium iron phosphate cathode material was regenerated by high temperature calcination under the protection of nitrogen in the second step. Finally, the electrical properties of the regenerated cathode material were tested,and the lithium iron phosphate cathode material with excellent performance was obtained. The two-step calcination regeneration provides a feasible process idea for the large-scale industrial recycle of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials.
