摘要
目的:探究2~3岁语言发育迟缓儿童的语言能力水平与父母述情障碍的关系。方法:选取2021年1月至6月于温州医科大学附属第二医院就诊的59例2~3岁语言发育迟缓儿童和其父母为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、语言发育迟缓检查法、Gesell婴幼儿发展量表和多伦多述情障碍量表进行调查。结果:Pearson相关分析发现,父母的述情障碍得分与儿童语言发育迟缓(动作课题、符号理解、语言表达)得分呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。回归分析结果显示,父母的述情障碍越高,儿童语言发育迟缓(符号理解能力、动作性课题能力)能力越差(β=0.62,P<0.01;β=-0.60,P<0.01)。结论:父母的述情障碍越严重,儿童的语言发育迟缓程度越高。
Objective:To explore the relationship between the language ability level and parental alexithymia in 2-3 years old children with language retardation.Methods:A total of 59 children with language delay aged 2-3 years who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January to June 2021 and their parents were selected as the subjects.The children’s development was evaluated by S-S test and Gesell Infant development scale.Parents were surveyed using the General information Questionnaire and the Toronto Alexithymia Scale.Results:Pearson correlation analysis found that parents’alexithymia scores were significantly negatively correlated with scores of children's language developmental delay(motor subjects,symbol comprehension,language expression)(P<0.05).The results of regression analysis showed that the higher the parents’alexithymia,the poorer ability of the children’s language developmental delay(symbol comprehension ability,motor task ability).Conclusion:The more severe alexithymia of parents,the higher degree of children’s language delay.
