摘要
随着我国新医改政策的逐步推进,针对医院办公室管理工作提出了更高要求。医院办公室管理对医院的发展趋势和运作有关键性的影响。在如何合理管理医院办公室方面,医院管理人员必须整合新的医改政策,顺应发展趋势,与时俱进。医院办公室管理模式,应充分结合基本理论和实践活动,以提高医院办公室管理的质量和水平。基于此,本文从新医改政策下医院办公室创新管理的必要性入手,对新医改政策下医院办公室的管理职责进行分析,随后提出新医改政策下医院办公室管理方式的不足及具体的创新措施,希望为相关人员提供参考借鉴,促进医院良好发展。
With the gradual promotion of the new medical reform policy in China,higher requirements have been put forward for the management of hospital offices.The influence of hospital office management on the development trend and operation of hospital.In how to manage the hospital office reasonably,the hospital managers must integrate the new medical reform policy,conform to the development trend and keep pace with the times.The management mode of hospital office should be fully combined with basic theory and practical activities to improve the quality and level of hospital office management.Based on this,this paper starts with the necessity of innovative management of hospital office under the new medical reform policy,and analyzes the management responsibility of hospital office under the new medical reform policy.Then the deficiency of hospital office management and concrete innovative measures are put forward.
