妊娠高血压疾病患者进行24 h动态血压监测与偶测血压的诊断

Diagnosis of 24-hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring and Occasional Blood Pressure Measurement in Patients With Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy

目的分析妊娠高血压疾病患者进行24 h动态血压监测与偶测血压的诊断效果。方法回顾性分析医院2019年5月—2020年12月收治的妊娠高血压疾病患者56例,各患者均接受24 h动态血压监测和偶测血压检查,对比分析检测结果、妊娠高血压疾病检出率。结果24 h动态血压监测日间收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)、日间舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)与偶测血压监测日间SBP、日间DBP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且24 h动态血压可监测到昼夜和夜间血压。24 h动态血压监测检出妊娠高血压疾病率为98.21%,高于偶测血压检出妊娠高血压疾病率的75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠高血压疾病患者可接受24h动态血压监测,该方式相比于偶测血压,可更真实、方便地记录、反映患者血压状况,提升诊断准确性,对患者妊娠预后有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and occasional blood pressure measurement in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.Methods A total of 56 patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in our hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients received 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and occasional blood pressure test.The detection results and detection rate of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy were compared and analyzed.Results There were no significant differences between 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring of daytime SBP and daytime DBP and occasional blood pressure monitoring of daytime SBP and daytime DBP(P>0.05).The 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring detected pregnancy induced hypertension rate was 98.21%,higher than the occasional blood pressure detection rate of pregnancy induced hypertension 75%,the data between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy can accept 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.Compared with occasional blood pressure monitoring,this method can record and reflect the blood pressure of patients more truly and conveniently,improve the accuracy of diagnosis,and has positive significance for the prognosis of pregnancy.
