调周法联合针灸对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Regulating Cycle Method Combined With Acupuncture on Infertile Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨应用中医调周法联合针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)不孕患者的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月收治的73例PCOS患者并随机分成观察组(n=37)与对照组(n=36),对照组应用西药来曲唑联合二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用调周法联合针灸治疗3个月经周期,比较治疗前后两组性激素水平变化、周期排卵率及妊娠率,并进行中医症候积分评分观察。结果治疗后两组E2、LH低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗前后FSH差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组周期排卵率与妊娠率分别为81.08%、62.16%,高于对照组的50.00%、38.89%(P<0.05);治疗后两组积分低于治疗前,且观察组积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调周法联合针灸治疗PCOS可显著改善患者性激素水平,提高患者妊娠率。

Objective To explore the effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine to regulate the week and acupuncture to treat infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS).Methods A total of 73 PCOS patients admitted from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=37)and control group(n=36).The control group was treated with western medicine letrozole combined with metformin for 3 menstrual cycles,while the observation group was treated with periodical adjustment combined with acupuncture for 3 menstrual cycles on the basis of the control group.The changes of sex hormone levels,cycle ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the TCM symptom score was observed.Results After treatment,E2 and LH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FSH between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The cycle ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were 81.08%and 62.16%,respectively,which were higher than 50.00%and 38.89%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of PCOS with the method of regulating the week and acupuncture can significantly improve the level of sex hormones and increase the pregnancy rate of patients.
