摘要
医院后勤的安全管理工作关系着医院医疗系统的正常运营,是医院各个部门、各项工作顺利开展的前提和保障。“双控机制”建设顺应了医院后勤安全生产的工作要求,可以为医院后勤的安全可靠运行提供技术和理论支持。基于国家“双控机制”建设的文件以及医疗部门后勤安全管理的要求和指南,本文在已有研究的基础上从“双控机制”建设的内涵、风险分级管控和隐患排查治理的研究进展、风险分级管控和隐患排查治理的研究现状和存在的问题,以及如何在医院后勤开展“双控机制”建设四个方面展开综述。以期为医院和其他医疗机构开展“双控机制”建设提供参考。
The hospital logistics safety management work is related to the normal operation of the hospital medical system,and it is the premise and guarantee of the smooth development of the the each department and work.The construction of“double control mechanism”conforms to the requirements of safe production of hospital logistics,and can provide technical and theoretical support for safe and reliable operation of hospital logistics.Based on the documents of national“double control mechanism”construction and the requirements and guidelines of logistics safety management in medical departments,on the basis of existing research,this paper was reviewed from the four aspects:the connotation of“double control mechanism”,the research progress of risk grading control and hidden trouble detection and management,the research status and existing problems of risk grading control and hidden trouble detection and management,and how to carry out the construction of“double control mechanism”in hospital logistics,in order to provide reference for the construction of“double control mechanism”in hospitals and other medical institutions.
