摘要
针对传统钢琴修复材料附着力差、光泽度低和干燥时间长的问题,以水性UV聚氨酯为原材料,制备一种快干型涂料,并对制备涂料的性能和修复进行表征。结果表明,涂布量和干燥温度对涂料性能产生影响。当涂膜厚度为60μm,干燥温度不超过55℃时,涂膜附着力1级,硬度为HB,综合性能良好;在1674、1554、1184 cm^(-1)处分别出现不饱和酸中C=O伸缩振动吸收峰、—NH_(2)的伸缩振动吸收峰和CO伸缩振动峰,说明涂膜成功覆盖在钢琴修复层的表面。
Aiming at the problems of low adhesion,low gloss and long drying time of traditional piano repair materials,a quick-drying coating was prepared by using water-based UV polyurethane as raw material,and the properties and repair of the coating were characterized.The results show that coating quantity and drying temperature have influence on coating properties.When the film thickness is 60μm and drying temperature is less than 55℃,the film adhesion is grade 1,the hardness is H,and the comprehensive performance is good.In unsaturated acid,the stretching vibration absorption peak of C=O,the stretching vibration absorption peak of —NH_(2) and the stretching vibration peak of CO appear at 1674 cm^(-1),1554 cm^(-1) and 1184 cm^(-1),respectively.indicating that the coating was successfully covered on the surface of piano repair layer.
