连续肾脏替代治疗在心血管危重症患者中的应用研究进展

Research progress of continuous renal replacement therapy in cardiovascular critically ill patients

连续肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)已经由传统仅针对肾脏替代治疗的适应证扩大到脏器支持治疗,CRRT在心血管危重症患者的应用逐渐增多,在容量精准调整、纠正内环境紊乱、电解质失衡及改善血流动力学等诸多方面发挥重要的治疗作用。本文以最新研究结果为基础,将CRRT在心血管危重症患者的临床应用研究进展做一综述。

Continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)has expanded from single renal replacement therapy to the organ support therapy.The application of CRRT in cardiovascular critically ill patients has been gradually increasing,which plays an important role in the accurate liquid adjustment,correcting internal environment and electrolyte disorders and improving hemodynamics.This review is about the progress of clinical application of CRRT in the cardiovascular critically ill patients.
