高烈度区复杂高层病房建筑消能减震分析与设计实例

摘要 云南某县人民医院新建病房楼,主体形式采用混凝土框剪结构,为高烈度区医院建筑。经计算分析,结构存在3项以上不规则,为复杂超限高层。根据《云南省隔震减震建筑工程促进规定》的要求,为进一步提高建筑整体的抗震性能水准,本工程采用了粘滞阻尼器的消能减震技术。通过采用YJK软件进行多遇地震下的阵型分解反应谱分析,进而采用SAP2000进行补充复核,并对无控结构及有控结构在多遇地震/罕遇地震下进行弹性/弹塑性时程分析,结果表明:粘滞阻尼器在多遇地震及罕遇地震下,均能有效耗散地震动能量,从而降低主体结构的响应及损伤,达到既定的性能目标水准。为类似的工程项目提供参考。同时,根据2020年12月开始实施的《云南省建筑工程抗震设防专项审查技术要点(试行)》(以下简称《要点》)中对于消能器位移小于0.1U0的影响进行了对比,分析显示在不考虑阻尼器平均位移小于0.1U;所对应的附加阻尼会显著减小,故应充分考虑《要点》中提出的要求,否则会高估粘滞阻尼器的作用。 The new ward building of a county People’s Hospital in Yunnan province is a high intensity hospital building with concrete frame and shear structure as the main form. After calculation and analysis, the structure has more than three irregularities, which is a complex out-of-limit high-rise.In order to further improve the seismic performance of the building, fluid viscous damper are used in this project. YJK software was used to analyze the response spectrum of formation decomposition under multiple earthquakes, and SAP2000 was used for supplementary review. Elastoplastic time history analysis of uncontrolled structures and controlled structures under fortification-proof and rare earthquakes was carried out. The results show that: The viscous damper can dissipate the ground motion energy effectively in the case of frequent earthquake, force-proof earthquake and rare earthquake, so as to reduce the response and damage of the main structure and reach the established performance target level. To provide reference for similar engineering projects.
