2型糖尿病脑梗死患者的头颅磁共振成像特征分析

Analysis of the Characteristics of Brain Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病脑梗死患者的头颅磁共振成像特征。方法选取2019年2月—2021年2月该院收治的2型糖尿病脑梗死患者30例为糖尿病组以及健康体检者30名作为对照组,均接受头颅磁共振检查,比较两组磁共振指标数据,并计算下丘脑与全脑体素的功能连接值。结果糖尿病组左下丘脑的下叶或顶叶、楔前叶、梭状回与右下丘脑的R中央前回s/P中央前回的功能连接强度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病组左下丘脑的下叶或顶叶、楔前叶、梭状回的功能连接强度明显降低。结论2型糖尿病会对机体下丘脑和多个脑区的功能连接产生损害,磁共振检查可使2型糖尿病脑梗死患者的脑组织损伤得到有效反映。 Objective To analyze the characteristics of cranial magnetic resonance imaging in patients with type 2 diabetic cerebral infarction.Methods From February 2019 to February 2021,30 patients with type 2 diabetic cerebral infarction who were treated in the hospital were the diabetes group,and 30 healthy people who were the control group.All underwent MRI of the head.The magnetic resonance index data of the two groups were compared,and the functional connectivity values of the hypothalamus and the whole brain voxels were calculated.Results The functional connection strength of the inferior or parietal lobe of left hypothalamus,precuneus,fusiform gyrus and R precentral gyrus s/P precentral gyrus of right hypothalamus in diabetic group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The functional connection intensity of the inferior or parietal lobe,precuneus and fusiform gyrus of the left hypothalamus was significantly decreased in the diabetic group.Conclusion Type 2 diabetes can damage the functional connections of the hypothalamus and multiple brain regions.Magnetic resonance imaging can effectively reflect the brain tissue damage in patients with type 2 diabetes and cerebral infarction.
