颈动脉粥样硬化和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与社区老年高血压、糖尿病的关系

Association of Carotid Atherosclerosis and Homocysteine(Hcy)with Hypertension and Diabetes in the Elderly in the Community

目的研究颈动脉粥样硬化和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与社区老年高血压、糖尿病的关系。方法该研究将2021年1—6月收治的100例社区老年高血压,糖尿病患者作为观察组,再选取同期健康体检者100名作为对照组,对两组受检者进行颈部血管彩超检查。分析同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,研究受检者的TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、Hcy、颈动脉硬化情况并进行相关性分析。结果观察组TG(2.23±0.46)mmol/L、TC(5.21±0.81)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.91±0.30)mmol/L、HDL-C(1.21±0.26)mmol/L、Hcy(19.81±3.51)μmol/L优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组颈部超声检查结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过Spearman相关性分析,社区老年高血压、糖尿病患者血清Hcy水平和颈动脉硬化呈现正相关(rs=0.561,P<0.05)。结论颈动脉粥样硬化和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与社区老年高血压、糖尿病具有密切相关性。

Objective To study the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis and homocysteine(Hcy)and hypertension and diabetes in the elderly in community.Methods In this study,100 elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes who were admitted to the community from January to June 2021 were selected as the observation group.Then 100 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.Color Doppler ultrasonography of neck blood vessels was performed on both groups of subjects.Analyzed the level of homocysteine(Hcy).To study the TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,Hcy,carotid atherosclerosis of the subjects,and analyzed the correlation.Results In the observation group,TG(2.23±0.46)mmol/L,TC(5.21±0.81)mmol/L,LDL-C(2.91±0.30)mmol/L,HDL-C(1.21±0.26)mmol/L,Hcy(19.81±3.51)μmol/L were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant difference in the results of neck ultrasound examination between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).After Spearman correlation analysis,the serum Hcy level and carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes in the community were positively correlated(rs=0.561,P<0.05).Conclusion Carotid atherosclerosis and homocysteine(Hcy)are closely related to hypertension and diabetes in the elderly in the community.
