优质护理在妊娠期糖尿病护理中的应用

Application of High-quality Nursing in Gestational Diabetes Care

目的分析优质护理在妊娠期糖尿病护理当中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月该院收治的96例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,然后按照入院单双号时间将患者划分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。两组患者全部应用常规护理模式,观察组患者在此基础上接受优质护理干预。在护理结束后比较两组患者的血糖控制情况、健康知识掌握状况以及新生儿结局。结果观察组患者空腹血糖值为(7.3±0.3)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(10.4±0.8)mmol/L,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组健康教育评分(74.0±1.9)分,明显高于对照组健康教育评分(52.2±2.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在妊娠结局方面,观察组的新生儿并发症发生率为4.2%,低于对照组的新生儿并发症发生率16.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够帮助妊娠期糖尿病患者稳定血糖,提升知识水平和自我保健能力,优化妊娠结局,因此具有重要的临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 96 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Then the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission odd and even numbers,with 48 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were all applied the routine nursing mode,and the patients in the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention on this basis.After the nursing,the blood glucose control,health knowledge and neonatal outcomes were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The fasting blood glucose value of the patients in the observation group was(7.3±0.3)mmol/L,and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose value was(10.4±0.8)mmol/L,which was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the health education score of the observation group(74.0±1.9)points was significantly higher than that of the control group(52.2±2.4)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of pregnancy outcomes,the incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was 4.2%,which was lower than that in the control group,which was 16.6%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can help gestational diabetes patients stabilize blood glucose,improve knowledge and self-care ability,and optimize pregnancy outcomes,so it has important clinical promotion value.
