结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者的手术室护理干预价值评估

Evaluation of Nursing Intervention Value in Operating Room for Patients with Calculous Cholecystitis Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析对结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者采取手术室护理干预的应用效果。方法随机抽取2018年1月—2020年1月在该院接受手术治疗的结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者102例作为研究对象,并以数字随机法对其进行分组,采取常规护理干预的为对照组(n=51),采取手术室护理干预的为研究组(n=51),比较两组护理效果、术后不良反应发生情况以及生活质量评分(SF-36)情况。结果研究组患者干预后,护理满意度以及各项SF-36评分均明显高于对照组、术后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结石性胆囊炎合并糖尿病患者采取手术室护理干预能够保障手术安全、有序进行,在提高护理满意度、降低术后不良反应风险、改善患者生活质量等方面均起到了积极的促进作用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing intervention in operating room for patients with calculous cholecystitis complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods 102 patients with calculous cholecystitis complicated with diabetes who received surgical treatment in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly selected as the research subjects.And they were divided into groups by digital random method.Those who took routine nursing intervention were the control group(n=51),and those who took operating room nursing intervention were the research group(n=51).The nursing effect,postoperative adverse reactions and quality of life score(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing,the nursing satisfaction and various SF-36 scores of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in operating room for patients with calculous cholecystitis complicated with diabetes can ensure safe and orderly operation.It has played a positive role in improving nursing satisfaction,reducing the risk of postoperative adverse reactions,and improving the quality of life of patients.
