摘要
LF钢包精炼炉具备脱硫、微调合金成分、调节温度、去除非金属夹杂物等功能,可以提高产品的质量。本文针对某厂精炼能力不足和对产能的需求,综合考虑了LF炉的技术参数、钢种冶炼工艺和精炼周期等,设计并新建了一座100 t LF钢包精炼炉。在某厂采用的LD‑LF‑CC工艺生产过程中,LF炉作为转炉与连铸的中间环节起到了缓冲调节的作用,并在生产过程中实现了多炉连浇,提高了某厂的精炼能力与生产能力,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
LF ladle refining furnace has the functions of desulfurization,fine-tuning of alloy composition,temperature adjustment,removal of non-metallic inclusions,etc.,which can improve the quality of products.Aiming at the insufficient refining capacity of a certain plant and the demand for production capacity,this paper comprehensively considers the technical parameters of the LF furnace,the steel smelting process and the refining cycle,etc.,designs and builds a 100 t LF ladle refining furnace.In the production process of the LD-LF-CC process adopted by the factory,the LF furnace plays the role of buffer adjustment as the intermediate link between the converter and the continuous casting,and realizes multi-furnace continuous casting in the production process,which improves the refining capacity and production capacity,reducing production costs and improving economic benefits.
