钢桥面铺装沥青混合料数字化施工技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为有效提升钢桥面铺装施工信息化水平和工程质量,以某长江大桥典型钢桥面铺装结构“下层浇注式GA沥青混凝土+上层SMA沥青混凝土”为例,对钢桥面铺装沥青混合料数字化施工技术进行了研究。首先对SMA和GA沥青混合料配合比进行了优化设计;然后搭建了钢桥面铺装沥青混合料数字化信息平台,提出了生产、摊铺、压实和预警监控等多个监控模块,并重点对油石比、配合比、摊铺速度等数字化监控要点进行了分析。结果表明数字化施工信息平台能够较好地实现对工程质量的实时动态监控,有效地保证钢桥面铺装施工质量。研究成果可为其他大跨径桥梁钢桥面铺装沥青混合料的设计和数字化施工提供参考和借鉴。 To effectively improve the informatization level and engineering quality of steel bridge deck pavement(SBDP)construction,a typical SBDP structure of a Yangtze River bridge"lower layer Guss asphalt concrete+upper layer SMA asphalt concrete"was taken as an example and digital construction technology of SBDP asphalt mixture was studied.First,optimal design was conducted on SMA and GA asphalt mixtures.Then,a digital SBDP asphalt mixture construction information platform was established,and multiple monitoring modules were proposed,such as production,paving,compaction process and early-warning monitoring.Besides,the monitoring module focused on the analysis of key points of digital monitoring,such as asphalt-aggregate ratio,mixture gradation,and paving speed.Results show that the digital construction information platform can better realize the real-time dynamic monitoring of the project quality,and effectively ensure the construction quality of the SBDP,which can provide reference for the design and digital construction of other SBDP asphalt mixture in long-span bridges.
