三维资本如何提升农民创业绩效--创业学习和创业机会识别的链式中介作用

How Does Three-dimensional Capital Improve Farmers'Entrepreneurship Performance?--Chain Intermediary Role of Entrepreneurial Learning and Entrepreneurial Opportunity Identification

农民创业资本积累和创业能力提升是提高其创业绩效的内生动力,也是实现乡村振兴的重要途径。结合创业过程理论,基于陕西省696份微观调研数据实证分析经济、社会、心理三维资本对农民创业绩效的影响,并利用中介效应模型检验创业学习和机会识别在三维资本与创业绩效中的中介作用。研究表明,三维资本均对农民创业绩效具有显著正向影响,且影响大小依次为社会资本、心理资本、经济资本;创业学习、机会识别是农民获取创业资源、识别优质创业机会的关键要素,两者在三维资本对农民创业绩效的影响中发挥部分中介作用及链式中介作用。因此,要注重农民创业者的三维资本积累,提升农民对创业知识、经验及实践的学习能力,提高农民对创业机会的识别能力。

The accumulation of farmers'entrepreneurial capital and the improvement of their entrepreneurial ability are the endogenous motivation to improve farmers'entrepreneurial performance,and also an important way to realize rural revitalization.Based on the entrepreneurial process theory and 696 micro-survey data in Shaanxi Province,the impact of three-dimensional capital(economic,social and psychological)on farmers'entrepreneurial performance,and tests the mediating role of entrepreneurial learning and opportunity identification between three-dimensional capital and entrepreneurial performance by using the intermediary effect model were empirically analyzed.The research showed that three-dimensional capital had a significant positive impact on farmers'entrepreneurial performance,and its impact degree was social capital,psychological capital and economic capital in turn.And entrepreneurial learning and opportunity identification were the key factors for farmers to acquire entrepreneurial resources and identify high-quality entrepreneurial opportunities.In the impact of three-dimensional capital on farmers'entrepreneurial performance,entrepreneurial learning and opportunity identification played a part of intermediary role and chain intermediary role.Therefore,attention should be paid to the three-dimensional capital accumulation of farmers'entrepreneurs,improving farmers'learning ability of entrepreneurial knowledge,experience and practice,and enhancing farmers'recognition ability of entrepreneurial opportunities.
