幼儿园体育游戏实施现状调查研究——以福建省为例

Investigative Research on the Implementation Status of Sports Games in Kindergartens:The Case from Fujian Province

为了解福建省幼儿园体育游戏实施现状,提升幼儿园体育游戏质量,采用分层抽样的方式,抽取福建省979名幼儿教师作为被试,运用《福建省幼儿园体育游戏实施现状调查问卷》进行调查。结果发现:福建省幼儿园重视户外体育游戏场地环境安全,但场地布局和开发不足;设备器材数量相对充足,但固定性器械的种类单一;体育游戏运动内容较丰富,但统整动作的内容项目开发不足;体育游戏组织实施的时间保障较好,但幼儿动作发展成效不足。差异分析结果发现,幼儿园体育游戏实施受幼儿园所在位置、性质、等级和规模等因素的显著影响。建议编制教材和设立资源共享平台;着眼场地整体空间规划,拓展多样化体育游戏器材;发挥示范园带头作用,建立园所间合作帮扶机制;建立多元化师资培养方式,提升幼儿教师体育游戏教学能力。

To make a survey regarding the implementation status of sports games in kindergartens in Fujian Province,and to provide a basis for improving the quality of sports games in kindergartens,979 preschool teachers in Fujian Province were selected by stratified sampling,and we use the"Questionnaire on the Implementation Status of Sports Games in Kindergartens in Fujian Province"for the investigation.Kindergartens in Fujian Province pay attention to the environmental safety of outdoor sports games,but the layout and development of the venue are insufficient.The number of sport equipment is relatively sufficient,but the types of fixed equipment are single.The content of sports games is rich,but the content items of integrated actions are under exploitation.Time guarantee for the organization and implementation of sports games is good,but the effectiveness of children’s movement development is insufficient.The results of the difference analysis found that the implementation of kindergarten sports games is significantly affected by the location,nature,level and scale of the kindergartens.It is necessary to compile sports game teaching materials and establish a resource sharing platform.We should pay attention to the planning of sports game venues and expand diversified sports game equipment.By playing the leading role of exemplary kindergartens,kindergartens should help each other,establish diversified teachers cultivation methods so as to enhance preschool teachers’sports game teaching ability.
