摘要
目的探讨超微血管显像(SMI)技术联合自动乳腺全容积成像(ABVS)、彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对乳腺癌早期的诊断价值,为患者的临床诊疗提供相关指导。方法回顾性分析2018年3月至2021年3月于我院经手术病理证实的107例早期乳腺癌患者的影像学资料,以病理诊断为“金标准”。对比SMI、ABVS、CDFI及三者联合对乳腺癌早期的诊断符合率及对微钙化的检出率,并分析其对乳腺癌早期的诊断价值。结果三者联合对乳腺癌早期的诊断符合率为97.20%,明显高于SMI、ABVS、CDFI单独诊断的78.50%、87.85%、70.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三者联合对微钙化的检出率为72.90%,明显高于SMI、ABVS、CDFI的52.34%、57.94%、44.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三者联合对乳腺癌早期的诊断敏感度、特异度及准确度分别为98.13%、96.26%、97.20%,均明显高于SMI、ABVS、CDFI单独诊断的(80.37%、74.77%、78.50%)、(88.24%、85.05%、87.85%)、(72.90%、66.36%、70.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SMI技术联合ABVS、CDFI对乳腺癌早期的诊断价值较高,三者联合能有效提高乳腺癌早期的诊断符合率及微钙化的检出率,且显著提高诊断早期乳腺癌的敏感度、特异度及准确度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the value of ultramicrovascular imaging(SMI)technology combined with automatic breast volume imaging(ABVS)and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in the early diagnosis of breast cancer,and to provide relevant guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients.Methods The imaging data of 107 cases of patients with early breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and pathological diagnosis was taken as the"golden standard".The diagnostic coincidence rate of SMI,ABVS,CDFI and the combination of SMI,ABVS and CDFI in early breast cancer and the detection rate of microcalcification were compared,and the diagnostic value of SMI,ABVS and CDFI in early breast cancer was analyzed.Results The coincidence rate of the three combined for early diagnosis of breast cancer was 97.20%,which was significantly higher than the 78.50%,87.85%,70.09%diagnosed by SMI,ABVS,and CDFI alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the detection rate of microcalcification in the combination of the three was 72.90%,which was significantly higher than the 52.34%,57.94%,and 44.86%of SMI,ABVS,and CDFI,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the three combinations for early diagnosis of breast cancer were 98.13%,96.26%,and 97.20%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those diagnosed by SMI,ABVS,and CDFI alone(80.37%,74.77%,78.50%),(88.24%,85.05%,87.85%),(72.90%,66.36%,70.09%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SMI technology combined with ABVS and CDFI has a high diagnostic value for early breast cancer,the combination of the three technologies can effectively improve the diagnostic coincidence rate of early breast cancer and the detection rate of microcalcification,and significantly improve the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of early breast cancer,which is worthy of promotion.
