基于门诊处方前置审核系统的麻醉药品和精神药品用药规则精细化设置与实施效果评价

Fine setting and implementation effects evaluation of the use rules for narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs based on outpatient prescription pre-review system

目的:通过精细化设置麻醉药品和精神药品的用药规则,促进临床合理用药。方法:利用临床合理用药智能管理系统,对麻醉药品和精神药品的适应证、用法用量、疗程等进行精细化设置;通过分析麻醉药品和第一类精神药品处方退费率以及第二类精神药品处方合格率,评价精细化用药规则的实施效果。结果:门诊麻醉药品和第一类精神药品处方退费率由11.80%降低到2.47%(P<0.05),第二类精神药品处方合格率由87.62%提升至97.19%(P<0.05)。结论:通过麻醉药品和精神药品用药规则的精细化设置,规范了医院麻醉药品和精神药品的管理,促进了临床合理用药。

OBJECTIVE To improve the proper use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs through the fine setting use rules.METHODS By using the intelligent management system of clinical rational use of drugs,the indications,usage and dosage,and treatment course of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs were refined;the prescription refunded rate of narcotic drugs and the first category of psychotropic drugs,as well as the prescription qualified rate of the second category of psychotropic drugs were analyzed to evaluate the implementation effects of fined setting.RESULTS The prescription refunded rate of the first category of psychotropic drugs decreased from 11.80%to 2.47%(P<0.05),the prescription qualified rate of the second category of psychotropic drugs increased from 87.62%to 97.19%(P<0.05).CONCLUSION With the fine setting of the use rules for narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs,the management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs is standardized,which promotes the clinical rational use of drugs.
