细胞周期蛋白B1在肝细胞肝癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of cyclin B1 in hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance

目的研究细胞周期蛋白B1(CCNB1)在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中的表达情况及与临床病理参数之间的相关性。方法免疫组织化学法检测100例肝癌和20例癌旁组织中CCNB1的表达水平,并分析其表达与HCC临床病理间的相关性。结果与癌旁组织比较,CCNB1在肝癌中阳性表达率高达61%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.727,P=0.003)。CCNB1阳性表达与肝癌肿瘤大小和患者是否伴有肝硬化相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、性别、肝炎、甲胎蛋白(AFP)以及肿瘤分化程度无关(P>0.05)。生存分析表明,CCNB1高表达患者总体生存率明显低于CCNB1低表达者(P<0.05)。结论CCNB1可能参与肝癌的发生发展过程,是判断肝癌预后的潜在靶基因。

Objective To investigate the expression of Cyclin B1(CCNB1)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters.Methods The expression levels of CCNB1 in 100 samples of HCC and 20 of HCC-adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between CCNB1 expression and the clinicopathology of HCC was analyzed.Results Compared with adjacent tissues,the positive rate of CCNB1 expression in HCC was as high as 61%,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=8.727,P=0.003).The positive expression of CCNB1 was correlated with the tumor size and concomitant liver cirrhosis(P<0.05),but not with age,gender,hepatitis,AFP and tumor differentiation(P>0.05).Survival analysis showed that patients with high CCNB1 expression had significantly lower overall survival rate than those with low CCNB1 ex-pression(P<0.05).Conclusion CCNB1 may be involved in the development and progression of HCC and is a potential target gene for prognostication of liver cancer.
