甘精胰岛素结合二甲双胍对初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖水平的影响

Effect of Insulin Glargine combined with Metformin on blood glucose level in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨甘精胰岛素结合二甲双胍治疗初诊2型糖尿病及对患者血糖水平的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月我院收治的初诊2型糖尿病患者60例,根据治疗方法不同分为2组,对照组二甲双胍治疗,研究组甘精胰岛素结合二甲双胍治疗。比较2组治疗效果、血糖水平、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、血糖波动系数、血糖波动均值。结果研究组治疗效果大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血糖波动系数、血糖波动均值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论初诊2型糖尿病治疗中,甘精胰岛素结合二甲双胍治疗效果较好,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Insulin Glargine combined with Metformin on blood glucose level in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Sixty patients with newly diag-nosed type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital between May 2019 and May 2021 were included in the study and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Metformin,and the study group was treated with In-sulin Glargine combined with Metformin.The therapeutic effect,blood glucose level,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hS-CRP)level,blood glucose variation coefficient and mean value were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)and lycated hemoglobin(HbAlc)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The hS-CRP level in the study group was low-er than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood glucose fluctuation coefficient and mean value in the study group were lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin Glargine combined with Metformin is effective in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus,and therefore is worthy of widespread use.
