美国零碳建筑政策与发展

Zero carbon building policy development in United States

气候变化加剧使得实现净零排放已成为全球共识,而建筑的节能减碳则是实现社会零碳的重要途经。本文通过美国零碳建筑相关政策、标准规范与案例介绍,梳理了从美国联邦到地方各级政府及其他社会行业组织的系统性协同工作模式,并总结了提高建筑效能、推动建筑电气化、推广现场可再生能源、保证经济性等方面的相关工作经验、成果,为我国建筑脱碳、实现碳中和提供参考借鉴。

The urgency of climate change has made a global agreement to accelerate net zero carbon emission development.Building energy efficiency and decarbonization is a key sector to achieve carbon neutrality in a whole society.This paper analyses policies,standards and case studies in the U.S.to promote zero carbon buildings.It summarizes the U.S.federal level to state,local governments,as well as professional societies efforts to systematically develop low carbon buildings.This paper focuses on policies such as building energy efficiency,electrification,on-site renewable energy deployment,and improving low carbon buildings techno-economic performance.The goal of this study is to provide references on future carbon neutrality development for China s building sector.
