人工智能赋能职业教育:现实样态、内在机理与实践向度 被引量:31

摘要 人工智能作为当下生产和生活最活跃的变革力量,对职业教育的赋能带来的是职业教育的全方位转型,主要包括职业教育人才培养目标的变革与教学实践方式的重构。人工智能赋能职业教育的内在机理是在理念层推动教育与技术的深度融合、在目标层实现智慧生成的完满发展、在场域层展开多维关系建构。就生态、知识、实践、能力等维度而言,人工智能赋能职业教育的实践向度是促推产教深度融合创新、优化职业教育服务供给、基于职业特性构筑职业教育教学知识、围绕学生主体开展新型职业教育教学实践活动、面向高阶职业能力完善职业教育培养目标。 As the most active force behind the transformation of work and life,Artificial Intelligence(AI)can contribute to the overall transformation of vocational education,including changes in the learning objectives of vocational education students and restructuring its teaching model.AI-empowered vocational education aims to promote the conceptual integration of education and technology,realize the goal of intelligent generation,and construct a domain of multi-dimensional relationships.The practice dimensions of AI-empowered vocational education include innovation in optimizing provision of vocational education through integration of industry and education,construction of pedagogical knowledge of vocational education in line with specific professions,implementation of student-centered practice,and adaptation of learning objectives to cover higher-order competencies.
