摘要 教学交互是cMOOC学习者取得学习成功的关键。研究cMOOC学习者教学交互转化的特征并探究教学交互转化的演化过程及其规律,对进一步认识cMOOC学习者的学习过程具有重要意义。本研究聚焦cMOOC课程“互联网+教育:理论与实践的对话”第二期模块四的学习者,依据联通主义学习教学交互与参与模型对学习者产生的文本内容进行编码,从整体学习阶段和5个具体学习阶段分别对编码数据进行滞后序列分析,从序列的视角分析了cMOOC学习者教学交互转化的特征,从动态视角探讨了教学交互转化的演化过程及其特征,以期为进一步揭示联通主义学习的基本规律提供实证依据。研究发现,cMOOC学习者的教学交互转化具有两大特征:层次内大于层次间、上层扩展多于下层支撑、层次间渐进;寻径交互层次内的交互转化与意会交互层次内的交互转化在数量分布与转化方式上存在差异。cMOOC学习者教学交互转化的演化具有三大特征:总体上具有话题周期性的特征,主要体现在同一交互层次内;不同交互层次间交互转化的演化总体上呈现出一致性,而意会交互与创生交互之间交互转化的演化具有特殊性;产生不同层次教学交互的交互转化之间具有层次间相异、层次内交叠的演化特征。 Interaction is key to success in cMOOC.Knowledge of the features of transformation in learner interaction in cMOOC and the evolution process and pattern of these transformations can shed light on the learning process.The present study involved learners of a cMOOC module.Learner-generated texts were coded in the light of the Connectivist Learning Interaction and Engagement Model.A lag sequence analysis was conducted of the coding results of the overall learning process and five specific learning stages.Features of interaction were analyzed from the perspective of sequence and the evolution process and pattern were examined from a dynamic perspective.Findings show that the transformation is greater within a unified layer than between layers,and the upper-layer interaction expands the lower-layer interaction more than the lower-layer interaction supports the upper-layer interaction,with a trend of gradual expansion between layers.Interaction transformation within Wayfinding is different from that within Sensemaking in terms of quantity distribution and conversion method.As for the evolution process and pattern of these transformations,first,there is topic periodicity,which is mainly reflected in the same interaction layer.Second,there exists consistency of interaction transformation both within the same layer and between layers except between Sensemaking and Creation.Third,interaction transformation that leads to different layers of interaction is characterized by difference between layers and overlap within a layer.
