漳卫河为海河流域五大水系之一,2021年发生第一号洪水和第二号洪水,为进一步做好漳卫河洪水防御工作,落实各项洪水防御措施,分析了2021年漳卫河洪水特点及洪水防御技术支撑措施,阐述了漳卫河洪水防御的经验与启示,为下一步做好洪水防御工作提供参考。

Zhangwei River is one of the five major river systems in the Haihe River basin.In 2021,the first and second floods occurred in Zhangwei River.In order to further the flood prevention of Zhangwei River,various flood prevention measures were taken.This paper analyzes the flood characteristics and flood prevention technology and measures in Zhangwei River,representing the experience and thinking,as well as providing guidance for flood prevention in the next step.
