PCCP管道在胶东半岛战略水源地中的应用

Application of PCCP Pipeline in Strategic Water Source Area in Jiaodong Peninsula

峡山水库作为胶东四市战略水源地,上游顺河而下直接入库的中水成为影响水库水质安全的突出问题。为解决这一问题,通过工程措施将汇入峡山水库及上下游输水河道的中水调离水源地保护区,工程采用PCCP管道,即预应力钢筒混凝土管。文章详细叙述了施工中遇到的困难及采取的措施,为同类项目的施工提供参考。

Xiashan Reservoir is the strategic water source of the four cities in Jiaodong.The recycled water from upstream directly into the reservoir has become a prominent problem affecting the water quality safety of the reservoir.To address this problem,the recycled water flowing into Xiashan reservoir and into the rivers of upstream and downstream is diverted from the water source protection area through engineering measures.PCCP pipe,namely pre-stressed steel tube concrete pipe,is adopted in the project.This paper describes the difficulties encountered in the construction in detail,and the measures taken to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
