Experience and Practice of Establishing Standardized Management of Xiling Spillway Gate in Linyi

实行水利工程标准化管理,是确保水利工程安全运行,发挥效益的重要基础工作,对助力乡村振兴战略的实施起着十分重要的作用。临沂市河东区水利工程保障中心在西岭泄洪闸标准化管理创建过程中,转观念,破难题,落实管理责任,组织岗位培训,加强运行管理,提高了水利工程管理水平。本文结合西岭泄洪闸标准化管理创建做法,分析存在的一些亟待研究和解决的问题,提出对策建议。

The implementation of standardized management of water resources projects is an important basic work to ensure the safe operation of projects and bring benefits into play.It plays a very important role in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.In the process of establishing the standardized management of Xiling spillway gate,Water Resources Engineering Support Center of Hedong District,Linyi Municipality changed its concept,solved the issues,and implemented the management responsibility,by organizing post training and strengthening the operation management,which improved the management level of water resources project.?This paper analyzes some problems that need to be studied and solved,and puts forward some counter-measures based on the standardization management of Xiling spillway gate.
