摘要
为了克服湿气液相含量测量困难和减少湿气流型对测量造成的误差,提出了一种由旋流器和长喉颈文丘里管组成的湿气双参数测量装置,利用旋流器将流型强制转化为环状流,同时引入了长喉颈文丘里管收缩段和扩张段的压差比值W,通过数值模拟结果对W值、气体弗劳德数和虚高以及液气质量流量比之间的关系进行分析,建立了新的湿气流量测量模型,经过室内实验验证了测量模型的可靠性,实验结果表明,基于旋流器的湿气测量装置气相误差为±3%,液相误差为±8%。研究结果为湿气测量提供了一种新型的研究方法,对实际工程具有重要的意义。
A wet gas dual-parameter measuring device composed of a cyclone and a long-throated Venturi tube was proposed to overcome the difficulty of measuring the liquid content of wet gases and reduce the error caused by the wet gas flow pattern.The flow pattern was transformed into an annular flow by a cyclone.Furthermore, the pressure difference ratio W between the contraction and expansion sections of the long-throat Venturi tube was introduced, through numerical simulations, the relationship between W,the gas Froude number, virtual height, and liquid-gas mass flow ratio was analyzed, and a new wet gas flow measurement model was established.The reliability of the measurement model was verified through indoor experiments.The experimental results show that the cyclone-based wet gas measurement device has gas phase and liquid phase errors of ±3% and ±8%.The research results provide a new research method for wet gas measurement, which is of great significance to practical engineering.
