低碱值船用中速发动机油的性能考察

摘要 为满足“国际防止船舶造成污染公约(MARPOL)”使用低硫燃料的要求,低碱值船用中速发动机油的需求也将日益增加。研制了一款低碱值船用中速发动机油(长城4012)。船用中速发动机平均有效压力大,热负荷重,润滑条件苛刻,对发动机油的性能要求高。为了考察研制的低碱值船用中速发动机油的实船使用可行性,采用模拟试验和发动机试验对研制的低碱值船用中速发动机油的清净分散性,抗水性能,抗氧化性能及摩擦学性能进行了考察。考察结果显示,研制的低碱值船用中速发动机油具有良好的清净分散性,优异的抗氧化性能和抗水性能,良好的耐负荷性能,抗磨损性能和减摩性能,理化性能符合《船用内燃机油》:GB/T38049—2019标准,质量等级达到了API CF质量等级,用于船用中速发动机的润滑是可行的。目前,该低碱值船用中速发动机油已经推向市场,得到了用户的认可。 In order to meet the requirements of the“International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships(MARPOL)”for the use of low sulfur fuel,the demand for low base number marine medium speed engine oil would also increase day by day.Low base number marine medium engine oil(GreatWall 4012)was developed.The average effective pressure of marine medium speed engine was large,the thermal load was heavy,and the lubrication conditions were harsh,which required high performance of engine oil.In order to investigate the feasibility of the developed low base number marine medium speed engine oil on board,the detergency/dispersion,water resistance,oxidation resistance and tribological performances of the developed low base marine medium speed engine oil were investigated by simulation test and engine test.The investigation results showed that the developed low base number marine medium speed engine oil had good detergency and dispersion,excellent oxidation resistance and water resistance,good load resistance,wear resistance and anti-friction performance.And the physicochemical performances met the standard of“Marine Internal Combustion Engine Oil”:GB/T38049—2019,and the quality grade had reached the API CF quality grade.It was feasible to be used for the lubrication of marine medium speed engine.At present,the low base number marine medium speed engine oil had been introduced to the market and recognized by users.
