全合成玻璃磨削液的研制

摘要 在玻璃磨削加工过程中,磨削液起着冷却,清洗,润滑及沉降磨屑的作用,有利于提高加工效率及玻璃的表面质量。目前普通的玻璃磨削液存在着润滑性能差,玻璃表面光洁度低,磨削效率低,磨屑沉降性差等诸多问题。为了解决这些问题,有针对性地研制了一款全合成玻璃磨削液。全合成玻璃磨削液(原液)由20.0%的水溶性聚醚(浊点33℃),5.0%的聚丙二醇二乙酸钠,8.0%的二元羧酸单乙醇胺复配物,1.0%的苯三唑衍生物,3.0%的单乙醇胺,3.0%的乙二醇,0.2%的非硅消泡剂,0.1%的无甲醛杀菌剂及去离子水(余量)组成。研制的全合成玻璃磨削液具有良好的防锈性能,抗腐蚀性能,渗透/清洗性能,润滑性能和磨屑沉降性能。实际应用表明,全合成玻璃磨削液的磨削效率为395 nm/s,玻璃表面粗糙度达到1.2μm,加工性能优于普通的玻璃磨削液。 In the process of glass grinding,grinding fluid played the role of cooling,cleaning,lubricating and settling wear debris,which was conductive to improve the machining efficiency and the surface quality of glass.At present,ordinary glass grinding fluid had many problems,such as poor lubricity,low glass surface finish,low grinding efficiency,poor debris settlement performance and so on.In order to solve these problems,a fully synthetic glass grinding fluid was developed.The fully synthetic glass grinding fluid(original solution)was composed of 20.0%water-soluble polyether(cloud point 33℃),5.0%sodium polypropylene glycol diacetate,8.0%dicarboxylic acid monoethanolamine complex,1.0%benzotriazole derivative,3.0%monoethanolamine,3.0%ethylene glycol,0.2%non-silicon defoamer,0.1%formaldehyde free bactericide and deionized water(balance).The developed fully synthetic glass grinding fluid had good rust resistance,corrosion resistance,penetration/cleaning performance,lubricity and debris settlement performance.The practical application showed that the grinding efficiency of the fully synthetic glass grinding fluid was 395 nm/s,and the glass surface roughness reached 1.2μm.The processability was better than that of ordinary glass grinding fluid.
