聚甲基丙烯酸酯在基础油中的功效差异探讨 被引量:1

摘要 黏度指数改进剂如聚甲基丙烯酸酯(PMA)是常用的改善润滑油黏温特性的功能添加剂。PMA黏度指数改进剂在不同基础油中的功效并不相同,这主要源于基础油饱和烃的含量不同。就PMA黏度指数改进剂对5种基础油运动黏度,黏度指数,倾点以及剪切安定性的影响进行了探讨,以期为基础油与黏度指数改进剂的筛选及匹配提供系统的技术支持。基础油饱和烃的含量低,PMA的增黏作用强。在饱和烃含量相对低的基础油中,PMA提高黏度指数的效果较优,而在饱和烃含量高(饱和烃含量100%)的合成烃(PAO及CTL)中的效果相对稍差。合成烃对PMA黏度指数改进剂的感受性较好,在低剂量(1.0%)下即可大幅度降低合成烃基础油的倾点。基础油饱和烃含量越高,PMA黏度指数改进剂的剪切安定性也越好。 Viscosity index improvers such as polymethacrylate(PMA)were commonly used functional additives to improve the viscosity temperature characteristics of lubricating oil.PMA viscosity index improver had different effects in different Stocks,which was mainly due to the different content of saturated hydrocarbons in Stocks.The effects of PMA viscosity index improver on kinematic viscosity,viscosity index,pour point and shear stability of five Stocks were discussed in order to provide systematic technical support for the screening and matching of Stocks and viscosity index improvers.The content of saturated hydrocarbon in Stocks was low,and the viscosity increasing effect of PMA was strong.In the Stocks with relatively low saturated hydrocarbon content,PMA had a better effect on improving the viscosity index,while it had a relatively poor effect in the synthetic hydrocarbon(PAO&CTL)with high saturated hydrocarbon content(100%).Synthetic hydrocarbonhad good susceptibility to PMA viscosity index improver,and the pour point of synthetic hydrocarbon Stocks could be greatly reduced at low dose(1.0%).The higher the saturated hydrocarbon content of Stocks,the better the shear stability of PMA viscosity index improver.
