摘要
随着采深增加,新城金矿V#矿体开采技术条件急剧恶化,上向水平分层充填采矿法因支护消耗量大,作业循环慢等原因难以满足矿山生产需求。下向水平进路充填采矿法在保证回采过程中顶板安全的同时,减轻了支护工作量和成本,加速了回采作业循环,提高了回采效率,详细介绍了下向水平进路充填采矿法的采场结构布置、回采工艺过程等,并进行了现场工业应用。应用结果表明:下向水平进路充填采矿法十分适用于新城金矿深部厚大破碎矿体开采,其采矿损失率降至2%,矿石贫化率降至4%。
With the increase of mining depth,the mining technical conditions of V#orebody in Xincheng Gold Mine are deteriorating dramatically,and the upward horizontal slicing filling mining method is difficult to meet mine production demands because of the high consumption of support and slow operation cycle.Downward horizontal approach filling mining method,while guaranteeing the safety of the roof in the recovery process,alleviates support workload and cost,accelerates the recovery operation cycle and improves the recovery efficiency.The paper details the stope structural layout and stoping process flowsheet of downward horizontal approach filling mining method,and carries out field application.The results show that downward horizontal approach filling mining method is quite suitable for mining deep thick and large broken ore bodies in Xincheng Gold Mine.With it,the mining loss rate is down to 2% and ore dilution rate to 4%.
