艾砂磨机在某黄金冶炼公司的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 某黄金冶炼公司采用分级磨矿工艺处理高硫金精矿,磨矿细度-0.037 mm占95%,氰渣金品位在1.30 g/t左右。为进一步探索降低氰渣金品位的可能性,开展了艾砂磨机磨矿半工业试验。结果表明:经艾砂磨机磨矿后,磨矿产品在-5.21μm、-9.86~+5.21μm 2个细粒级的分布率增加,在+14.50μm各粒级的分布率降低,且艾砂磨机磨矿比较均匀;氰化浸出氰渣金品位从1.30 g/t左右降低至1.10 g/t,银品位从11.30 g/t降低至9.50 g/t,经济效益显著。 A gold smelter adopts graded grinding process to treat high sulfur gold concentrate.After grinding,the fineness is-0.037 mm accounting for 95%,and the gold grade of cyanide residue is about 1.30 g/t.In order to explore the possibility of further reducing the gold grade of cyanide residue,the semi industrial test of Isa mill was carried out.The test results show that the grinding product is more distributed in 2 fine grain ranges of -5.21μm and -9.86-+5.21μm after grinding by Isa mill,less distributed in+14.50μm,and the ores are ground more evenly by Isa mill;the gold grade of cyanidation tailings is reduced from about 1.30 g/t to 1.10 g/t,and the silver grade is reduced from 11.30 g/t to 9.50 g/t,creating significant economic benefits.
