某低品位金铜矿选矿工艺优化研究与生产实践

Beneficiation process optimization and production practice in a low-grade gold copper mine

摘要 针对某金铜矿生产中由于矿石性质变化导致金、铜选矿指标下降等问题,在实验室小型试验的基础上,通过对现场磨矿分级作业和浮选作业开展系统的流程考查,诊断出现场存在的问题,并进行了工艺优化。通过采取控制磨矿浓度、优化捕收剂种类及配比、调整药剂分配比例等优化措施,选矿指标有了明显改善,铜回收率由93.36%提高至94.81%,金回收率由79.14%提高至79.55%,年可增加经济效益约295万元。 In the production of a gold copper mine,the ore-dressing indexes of gold and copper decline because of changing ore property.In light of that,based on lab tests,the study investigated systematically the flowsheets of on-site grinding grading operation and flotation operation,diagnosed the problems on site and carried out process optimization.By adopting optimization measures such as controlling grinding concentration,optimizing collector types and proportion and adjusting reagent proportion,the ore-dressing indexes are greatly improved:copper recovery rate is increased from 93.36% to 94.81%,gold recovery rate is increased from 79.14% to 79.55%,creating 2.95 million yuan/a more profits.
