多维邻近视角下京津冀知识创新合作网络研究

Research on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Knowledge Innovation Cooperation Network from the Perspective of Multi-dimensional Proximity

在当前“行政区经济”过渡为“城市群经济”背景下,城市间的创新合作成为推动国家和区域经济发展的关键驱动力。文章选取京津冀城市群作为研究对象,基于2000—2019年城市合作论文数构建知识创新合作网络,分析其网络结构特征及邻近动力的作用机制。结果表明:合作网络规模持续扩大,交流处于快速增长状态,呈现小世界和长尾化特征;QAP回归表明,地理相邻对合作的正向拉动作用逐步减弱,受制度壁垒影响,合作更倾向于同级的横向合作,跨行政级别的交叉合作暂时还不明显,认知邻近对网络结构演化具有负向作用,信息化邻近性与创新网络演化之间存在正“U”型关系。

Under the background of the current transition from“administrative region economy”to“urban agglomeration economy”,innovative cooperation among cities has become a key driving force to promote national and regional economic development.This paper selects Beijing Tianjin Hebei urban agglomeration as the research object,constructs the knowl⁃edge innovation cooperation network based on the number of urban cooperation papers from 2000 to 2019,and analyzes its network structure characteristics and the action mechanism of proximity power.The results show that the scale of ur⁃ban cooperation network continues to expand,and the communication is growing rapidly,showing the characteristics of small world and long tail;QAP regression shows that the positive pulling effect of geographical proximity on cooperation is gradually weakened.Affected by institutional barriers,cooperation is more inclined to horizontal cooperation at the same level,and the cross cooperation across administrative levels is not obvious for the time being.Cognitive proximity has a negative effect on the evolution of network structure,and there is a positive“U”relationship between informatization prox⁃imity and the evolution of innovation network.
