基于fsQCA的农村电商产业集群发展路径研究——以广东省为例

Research on the Development Path of Rural E-Commerce Industrial Cluster Based on fsQCA:Taking Guangdong Province as an example

基于模糊定性比较分析法,采用广东省地级市数据为样本案例,对农村电商产业集群影响因素及发展路径进行实证分析。在数据校准、构建真值表、必要性分析和组态分析后,结果显示有三条组态。以产业基础、网络技术和政府支持为核心条件,交通物流、电商人才为辅助条件,提出创业能人带动型、环境支持型两种农村电商产业集群发展路径;以交通物流、网络技术和政府作用为核心条件,产业基础、电商人才为辅助条件,提出政府财政推动型的发展路径。引入fsQCA分析农村电商产业集群的组合路径,为推动农村电商集群、解决“三农”问题提供参考借鉴。

Based on the fuzzy qualitative comparative analysis method,the influencing factors and development path of rural e-commerce industrial cluster are empirically analyzed with the data of prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province as sample cases.After data calibration,truth table construction,necessity analysis,and configuration analysis,the results show that there are three configurations.With industrial foundation,network technology and government support as the core conditions,and transportation logistics and e-commerce talents as the auxiliary conditions,two development paths of rural e-commerce industrial clusters are proposed:entrepreneurial talent and environmental support.Taking transportation and logistics,network technology and the role of government as the core conditions,and industrial foundation and e-commerce as the auxiliary conditions,this paper puts forward a development path driven by government finance.FsQCA was introduced to analyze the combination path of rural e-commerce industrial cluster,providing reference for promoting rural e-commerce cluster and solving the"three rural"problems.
