Modern Changes and Future Ideas of the Yao Minority Costumes in Liannan

广东连南瑶族服饰的图案、材料、工艺、用途及传承方式均产生了不同程度的现代变迁,这些变化看似合理却在无形中消亡着连南瑶族服饰的特性和文化根基。从图案同质化、材料多样化、工艺融合化、用途商业化、传承多样化五个方面探讨连南瑶族服饰的现代改创形态,并认为连南瑶族服饰要想在未来获得发展,必须主动适应并积极创新。

The patterns,materials,processes,uses and inheritance methods of the Yao costumes in Liannan,Guangdong have undergone varying degrees of modern changes.These changes seem reasonable,but they virtually have caused the disappearance of the characteristics and cultural foundation of the Yao costumes in Liannan.This paper discusses the modern innovation form of Liannan Yao minority costumes from five aspects:pattern homogenization,material diversification,process integration,use commercialization and inheritance diversification,and puts forward its future vision,that is,the development of Liannan Yao minority costumes in the future depend on its active adaptation and innovation.
