骨化三醇治疗血液透析继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Calcitriol in the Treatment of Hemodialysis Pateints with Secondary Hyperparathyroidism

目的:探究骨化三醇注射治疗血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(SHPT)的临床效果。方法:选取2018年10月至2020年5月期间广州市花都区第二人民医院收治的40例血液透析SHPT患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将研究对象分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。观察组予以骨化三醇治疗,而对照组则给予西那卡塞治疗。比较两组患者血钙、磷、全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)水平变化情况及疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者iPTH水平低于对照组,而血钙、血磷水平均高于对照组,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用骨化三醇冲击治疗血液透析SHPT患者的效果显著,能有效改善患者的血钙、血磷和iPTH水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of calcitriol injection in the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT)in hemodialysis patients.Methods 40 hemodialysis SHPT patients treated in the Second People's Hospital of Huadu District of Guangzhou from October 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with medium dose calcitriol,while the control group was treated with sinakase.The changes of blood calcium,phosphorus and intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)levels and curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of iPTH in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of blood calcium and phosphorus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcitriol pulse therapy has a significant effect on hemodialysis SHPT patients,which can effectively improve the levels of blood calcium,blood phosphorus and iPTH.
