摘要
基于资源依赖理论,利用企业微观调研数据,实证检验了差错管理氛围与员工创新行为之间的关系。结果表明:差错管理氛围正向影响员工创新行为;知识获取在二者之间起到部分中介作用;团队任务冲突正向调节差错管理氛围与员工创新行为和知识获取的关系,以及知识获取在差错管理氛围与员工创新行为之间的中介作用。
Based on the resource dependence theory and using the micro survey data of enterprises,this paper empirically tests the relationship between error management atmosphere and employee innovation behavior.The results show that error management atmosphere has a positive impact on employee innovation behavior;knowledge acquisition plays a partial mediating role between them;team task conflict positively moderates the relationship between error management atmosphere and employee innovation behavior and knowledge acquisition as well as the mediating effect of knowledge acquisition between error management atmosphere and employee innovation behavior.
