摘要
本文探讨了共享电单车在城市或城区内的宏观投放规模,即运用时空消耗法以有限的道路承载力与交叉口非机动车承载能力为约束条件,考虑非机动车运行状态下对总时空资源的消耗与单位信号灯可通行状态时交叉口通过非机动车最大上限,结合非机动车中共享电单车出行分担比例和周转率,构建时空消耗模型,进而计算得宏观性的共享电单车投放规模。通过对拉萨市城关区实证调查,确定时空消耗模型中各参数取值,得出拉萨市城关区二级路网容量水平下的共享单车投放量为17294辆。
This paper discusses the macro scale of shared motorcycles in cities or urban areas, that is, using the time-space consumption method, with the limited road carrying capacity and the non-motorized vehicle carrying capacity of the intersection as the constraint conditions, considering the total cost of non-motorized vehicles in the running state, and the paper also studies the consumption of space-time resources and the maximum upper limit of non-motor vehicles passing through the intersection when the unit signal light is passable. Combined with the sharing ratio and turnover rate of shared motorcycles in non-motor vehicles, a time-space consumption model is constructed, and then the macroscopic sharing of motorcycles is calculated. Through the empirical investigation of Chengguan District of Lhasa City, the value of each parameter in the time-space consumption model is determined, and it is concluded that the number of shared bicycles placed under the capacity level of the secondary road network in Chengguan District of Lhasa City is 17,294.
