Research on the New Apprenticeship System for Automobile Specialized Enterprises

校企合作是职业教育发展的必然要求。随着职业教育的改革创新发展成为“高频词”,职业教育现代化也成为最为关注最需求解决的时代课题。在产教融合的背景下,企业新型学徒制更符合“企业走进学校,学校深入企业”的模式,技工院校必须转变理念,改革创新,不断深化校企合作,促进工学结合,才能谋求更大发展。本文通过分析新型学徒制的内涵,努力探索在企业新型学徒制背景下,如何创新技工院校汽车专业人才培养模式途径,以期走出汽车专业企业新型学徒制的特色之路。

School enterprise cooperation is an inevitable requirement for the development of vocational education. With the reform and innovation of vocational education, it has become a “high-frequency word”, and the modernization of vocational education has become the most important issue of the times. Under the background of the integration of production and education, the new apprenticeship in enterprises is more in line with the mode of “enterprises entering schools, schools going deep into enterprises”. Technical colleges must change their ideas, reform and innovate, continuously deepen school enterprise cooperation, and promote the combination of work and learning, so as to seek greater development. This paper tries to explore how to innovate the talent training mode in automobile major, specialty in technical colleges under the background of the new-type apprenticeship system, so as to walk out of the characteristic road of the new-type apprenticeship system in automobile professional enterprises.
