“以学生为中心”高职汽车学院多元化人才培养体系改革

“Student-Centered” Reform of the Diversified Talent Training System of Higher Vocational Automobile Colleges

中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会的报告提出了以人为本的理念,坚持把立德树人作为教育发展的首要任务。当今智能网联、智能汽车、智能交通等新技术快速发展、汽车相关产业结构转型升级、企业对的人才需求及学生对创新创业的需求、都在推动我国高职教育人才培养理念逐步由强调“以就业为导向”向着“以学生为中心”多元化发展的培养理念转变。本文以硅湖职业技术学院中汽车学院的以学生为中心多元化人才培养体系改革为例。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the concept of people-oriented, and insisted that building morality and cultivating people as the primary task of educational development. Today’s rapid development of new technologies such as intelligent networking, intelligent vehicles, and intelligent transportation, the transformation and upgrading of automobile-related industrial structures, the needs of enterprises for talents, and the needs of students for innovation and entrepreneurship are all promoting the concept of talent training in higher vocational education. From “employment-oriented” to “student-centered”, the training concept of diversified development has changed. This paper takes the reform of the student-centered diversified talent training system of China Automotive College of Silicon Lake Vocational and Technical College as an example.
